Scales & Practice Resources.
Here you will find scales and notes that you can use to practice.
Scales are separated into male and female files.
Only go as high as is comfortable. Work towards developing your range in a comfortable and safe manner like in class.
Do not push to reach the higher notes. Everyone's voice is different, so you may not be able to start as low as the first notes on the scale or go as high as the top ones. These scales are practice guides for you to work on technique and placement. Do not try and match all the notes if you do not have the correct technique and placement.
You can apply various sounds and techniques to each scale. Here is the suggested workout:
1. Long Form Scale. Use this as your gentle vocal stretch and warm up. Lip rolls and the NG sound work perfectly on this scale.

2. Short Chest Triads. Use this with various sounds that you wish to strengthen. For example Buh, Go, and Gug. You can also use this scale for your mix, and incorporate the "Le" (or Luh) and Mum (Muhm) sounds.
3. Long cry scales. Use your cry tones such as "Why" "Mom" "Wah" and "Meow" on this scale to dig into your high mix.
