The Virtual Pass offers emerging artists a powerful week of coaching, community, and interactive workshops THIS IS NOT A LIVE STREAM OF THE IN PERSON RETREAT, but a dedicated interactive online program designed specifically for serious emerging artists.

The in-person retreat remains our elite, career-elevating experience, with only 12 artists accepted for deep mentorship, hands-on songwriting, recording sessions, and transformative performance coaching. Attendees of the in person event also get full access to the virtual element.

You’ll have access to one week of virtual workshops from award winning and number one charting coaches that will prepare you for your arrival for the in person experience, where you'll enjoy music coaching workshops and one on one VIP coaching sessions, getting to work closely with some of the world’s top coaches, industry professionals, producers and writers.

Clayton Bellamy

Songwriting & Storytelling

Gain inspiration and songwriting guidance from Clayton Bellamy, Juno award winner, and multi platinum, Singer Songwriter and member of the five time CCMA winning group the Road hammers.  

 

Clayton Bellamy is a Canadian musician known for his multifaceted contributions to the industry as a musician, producer, actor, radio host, and as the lead vocalist and guitarist for the multi-platinum, JUNO Award-winning band The Road Hammers.

 

Formed in 2005, Bellamy has played a key role in the country rock band’s success with hits like “I’m a Road Hammer” and “East Bound and Down.” With five Canadian Country Music Awards to their name, the band continues to tour the world and deliver their signature brand of country rock.

Recognized for his songwriting, Bellamy has earned top-charting songs on both country and rock radio, celebrated for crafting authentic and memorable lyrics.

 

Rolling Stone Magazine said his sound “feels like a fleet of rumbling Iroc-Zs at Talladega, revved up on leaded gasoline and ready to chase the checkered flag.” Beyond country rock, he also fronts the rock band The Congregation, showcasing his versatility across musical genres.

Beyond music, Bellamy is a dedicated philanthropist and founder of The Clayton Bellamy Foundation for the Arts, which supports youth through arts and education. His commitment to making a positive impact extends well beyond the stage, solidifying his legacy in the Canadian music scene.

Dan Davidson

The Indie Artist Advantage 

Dan Davidson is a platinum-certified, chart-smashing country artist, songwriter, and entrepreneur based in Edmonton. After making multiple Top 40 radio hits with rock band Tupelo Honey and touring alongside icons like Bon Jovi, Dan launched his solo country career with “Found”—the highest-charting Canadian country single ever released by an unsigned artist.

With millions of streams, international touring success across Canada, Australia, and Europe, and multiple ACMA, CCMA, and CRMA recognitions, Dan continues to push creative boundaries. He also founded SkySong Records, championing emerging talent while expanding his global fanbase with bold, authentic music.

Jess Moskaluke

Touring and Career Goals 

Learn about what it takes to plan and execute a full scale tour, including putting together your dream band, booking the venues, and life on the road with Jess Moskaluke. 

Internationally acclaimed artist Jess Moskaluke continues to break new ground in country music with her powerhouse vocals, pop-driven hooks, and genre-bending sound. Her latest single, “I Ain’t Country,” builds on the momentum of “Life For Me,” showcasing the bold new direction she’s been embracing over the past year.

A trailblazer in Canadian country, Moskaluke was the first female artist since Shania Twain to achieve Canadian Platinum status with “Cheap Wine and Cigarettes,” which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary with reimagined mixes. She’s earned Canadian Gold certifications for hits like “Take Me Home,” “Kiss Me Quiet,” “Knock Off,” and her first #1, “Country Girls.” She also became the first Canadian female country artist since 2008 to reach the Top 3 with “Drive Me Away.” 

A 2017 JUNO Award winner and multiple CCMA Award recipient – including three consecutive wins for Female Artist of the Year – Moskaluke has also been recognized by SOCAN, WCM, and most recently, as a 2024 Women in Music Canada Honours nominee.

Her 2021 album The Demos featured the fan-favourite “Mapdot,” which inspired her first national headlining tour. She has since performed on global stages including C2C in the UK and Australia, and scored her first Australian #1 with “Go Get Er.” She returns to the road in fall 2025 for the Life For Me Tour, building on her reputation for dynamic, sold-out performances.

 Beyond music, Moskaluke is deeply committed to giving back. She supports MS Canada in honour of her late father and founded the Jess Moskaluke Youth Award with the Saskatchewan Country Music Association to uplift emerging talent. Embracing her entrepreneurial side, she now mentors rising Canadian artists, bringing her industry experience to a new generation.

Mindy Pack

Chart-Ready Voices: The Methods Behind Today’s Biggest Artists

Mindy works directly with some of the biggest names in the industry. Such as: Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus, Noah Kahan, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, Lil Nas X, The Lumineers, Brandi Carlile, and many others. These artists have applied Mindy's technique and Vocal Tract Reconditioning to help them achieve optimal performance on long tours. Mindy’s clients have been on world tours, national Broadway tours, AMA's, the Grammy's, BET Awards, Saturday Night Live, and International Award shows. Some have become viral YouTube.

 

Mindy is a vocal performance major–turned–leading expert in vocal technique, voice science, and vocal health, continually expanding her training with internationally recognized educators and accredited programs. A vocal coach and Clinical Vocologist, she combines her deep scientific understanding of the voice with a full-body approach to performance, drawing on her qualifications as a licensed and certified massage therapist specializing in structural integration for vocalists. Her innovative blend of technical training, body work, and muscle manipulation has been praised by professionals worldwide as a “game changer” for vocal maintenance, endurance, and long-term performance success.

Jess L'heureux

Industry Readiness & One on One  Career Planning

Learn about what it takes to build a solid website and epk, while booking better gigs

and getting on bigger stages. 

Jess' focus has always been the live music industry through work, volunteer opportunities and most frequently - as a patron. As the founder of Campfire Management, her Artist Management clients include Julia Vos, Robert Adam and Dempsey Bolton. Robert Adam is a queer, non-binary "yall'ternative" performer who released their debut album in October 2025, followed by a tour in Japan. Julia Vos, a 90's-inspired country artist, focuses on authentic storytelling through her music. Dempsey Bolton's introspective lyrics layered with punchy beats defines his self-produced indie pop hits, showcased on his latest album, "i'm not sad, u are - Deluxe." Also under her purview is talent buying for the King Eddy and providing production management for Folk on the Rocks.

 

The variety in Jess' experiences have allowed her to bridge the gap between artist development, event production, and the broader music industry. Previously, she has worked as Entertainment and Production Lead with Stampede Entertainment Incorporated (SEI) overseeing the festival stages at the Calgary Stampede, and as Alberta Music's Program Manager overseeing professional development and conference showcasing for Alberta artists. She is committed to volunteer work, serving as Vice-President of CMAB for the last two years. Jess' passion for supporting the growth of the local music scene and giving back to the community continues to shape her work as she dedicates her time to supporting artists who push boundaries and inspire new creative generations.

Kurt Dahl

Entertainment Law from a lawyer who understands being a musician.

Kurt has practiced Entertainment Law throughout Canada since 2010, providing comprehensive legal advice to a wide array of music, film, television and technology clients since 2010. He became Partner at Murphy & Company in 2016 and was acknowledged by Canadian Lawyer in 2019 for my contributions to Entertainment Law in Canada. He joined national firm Miller Thomson LLP in 2023 as Partner in the Entertainment & Intellectual Property Law Group

 

Kurt has toured North America frequently with his band One Bad Son, scored five top 10 singles and a #1 song, released 9 albums with various artists, and has worked closely with major industry players like 604 Records, The Feldman Agency, Frontside Group, Strut Entertainment, and Hive Management. His band has toured arenas with Def Leppard, Shinedown, and Judas Priest, and in 2019 we shared the bill with The Rolling Stones in front of 70,000 people.

Our in house studio allows you to record your demo on site, and return with a track to keep for reference, funding applications, booking more gigs or just to show your mom. 

 Kenton Edward Dobrowolski, is the founder of the Alberta-based independent record label Peach Jam Records Inc. He is a music producer and songwriter who works to help artists bring their musical visions to life and also assists businesses with their unique sound.

The first of our in person guest songwriting mentors has been announced!

I am thrilled to share that after such an amazing virtual session last year, Bonnie Baker will be bringing Nashville to us, and joining you for a week in Invermere to develop your songwriting and build songs that truly connect.  

 

Baker has songs with artists as diverse as Rachel Platten, Zella Day, Rascal Flatts, Hunter Hayes, Chely Wright,  Reba, Brantley Gilbert, Sara Evans, Emerson Drive, Tenille Arts, Megan Davies, Raquel Cole, Autumn Nicholas, Noah Guthrie.

During the week, you'll have many opportunities to refine your vocal and performance skills. 

There will be group workshops and one on one sessions with Emma Harding in which you'll dig deep into your stage presence and confidence as a performer and also will be spending time on refining your genuine sound as a singer and how you connect to your audience through your voice. 

We will look at maintaining your vocal health as well as challenging your vocal abilities with new techniques that will develop your range, power, strength and stamina.

A previously published songwriter, and touring artist herself, Emma has been coaching for 20 years and has worked with platinum selling, world touring artists, large scale entertainment companies such as Apple TV + and The Jim Henson Company, and has helped many emerging artists successfully launch their careers.
