We are using the Travel Services of Tannis Dyrland at Travel With Tannis for all packages except the music workshop add on which can be purchased here.
Tannis will be able to assist with your booking directly and will also be able to help with flights, travel insurance and any other add-ons you may wish for!
Tannis will also be able to answer any questions regarding cancellation policies, deposits and payment plans. You can reach her directly here.

All packages (except the music workshop passes) include taxes, meal gratuities, and transport to and from the airport as well as to venues included on our excursion schedule.

$500 deposit due within 30 days of booking, which will be refundable until 60 days prior to arrival.
Final Payment: Due 45 days prior to arrival.

Individual Cancellations: Between 30 and 16 days prior to arrival, we will refund the full package price (Less any non-refundable tickets).

Between 15 and 8 days of arrival, you will incur a $50 cancellation fee (Plus any non-refundable tickets).
Between 7 and 4 days of arrival, you will incur a $75 cancellation fee (Plus any non-refundable tickets).
Within 3 days of arrival, the package is non-refundable.

Enjoy everything listed in option 1, but the music education fans will be getting up a little earlier each day to spend once in a lifetime learning opportunities on both Tuesday and Wednesday, learning from some of Nashville’s music industry leaders.
