Bonnie Baker - Songwriting
Bonnie J. Baker started piano lessons at age five and her love of music was born. Raised in a very strict environment, playing piano and reading books were her passions and where she spent most of her time. She studied creative writing and literature in college earning a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
She moved to Nashville in 1992 to learn how to write songs.
Joining ASCAP in 1993 she became aware of the long road from paper to radio. Baker has songs with artists as diverse as Rachel Platten, Zella Day, Rascal Flatts, Hunter Hayes, Chely Wright, The Static Shift, Reba, Brantley Gilbert, Sara Evans, Emerson Drive, Tenille Arts, Megan Davies and Raquel Cole.
The top five titles from Baker’s catalog have over 150 million spins on Spotify as of January 2023.
Jess Moskaluke - Maintaining Your Voice
Internationally celebrated artist Jess Moskaluke continues to break barriers in country music with her powerful voice, pop-infused hooks, and sonic versatility, as showcased on her latest EP, Heartbreaker, which features her first Australian #1 single, ‘Go Get Er’.
The first Canadian female country artist since Shania Twain to achieve Canadian Platinum single status with the hit ‘Cheap Wine and Cigarettes’, Moskaluke recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of its release with newly reimagined mixes of the fan favourite track. She has since gone on to earn Canadian Gold certifications for ‘Take Me Home’, ‘Kiss Me Quiet’, ‘Knock Off’ and her first NUMBER ONE ‘Country Girls’ and was notably the first Canadian female country artist since 2008 to have a song in the Top 3 with ‘Drive Me Away’.

Aaron Goodvin - Production
The Alberta-born, Nashville-based artist has enjoyed a storied career that includes three critically acclaimed albums, two number one singles, six top 10’s, a 2018 CCMA Songwriter of the Year Award, a 2020 JUNO Award nomination for Country Album of the Year, and a tour with Rascal Flatts. He was most-recently nominated for two 2022 CCMA Awards – Interactive Artist of the Year and Single of The Year for his second #1 Canadian single, “Boy Like Me”, bringing his career total to eleven nominations. Moe Loughran - Sync Licensing
Moe Loughran made her way to Nashville by way of Cincinnati, Ohio. A Belmont University diploma helped build the foundation for this talented piano player, voice ninja and songwriter. Loughran’s main focus was pop/rock in a world of country. As a beginning artist, she put out her debut EP, Michael, and proceeded to open for such artists as Chicago, James Taylor, Ashley Cleveland, Hall & Oates all across the US. Loughran played the 1999 version of Woodstock helping her to create a network of musicians, producers, songwriters, artists. That network has helped her gather an incredible vocal coaching client list. Loughran mixes her abilities as a musician with her heart for helping artists meet every challenge in the world of music business.

Kele Currier - Rights, Royalties & PROs
Assistant Vice President, Strategic Services
Kele Currier grew up in Mount Zion, Illinois. Early on Currier found music to be her comfort as well as her calling. Currier moved to Nashville for a summer job at Opryland.
She then transitioned to an internship at SESAC in Broadcast Administration. She moved into publishing by taking a position at Maypop Music and then to Opryland Music Group (formally known as Acuff Rose Music) After taking some time away from the business to be a full time parent, Kele Currier made her re-entry into the Nashville music world via Integrated Copyright Group where she helped navigate the opening of Big Loud Shirt with mega hit songwriter, Craig Wiseman.
She navigated the first four years of that very successful publishing company and then moved to Olé Music (which is now Anthem) with Robert Ott and Gilles Goddard. Michael Martin was running the Nashville ASCAP office and put in a call one day to ask Currier if she would make the move to the Performing Rights Organization (PRO) to which she answered yes. Currier hasn’t looked back and has become a stabilizing force within the walls of the ASCAP building.
Kele Currier truly understands the financial challenges and success for songwriters and has been a huge part of many songwriters careers with her wisdom and knowledge from her over 30 year career.
Liz Moran - Pitching & Plugging
Raised in Lookout Mountain, Tennessee Liz Moran got her start at a local radio station in Chattanooga, Tennessee. That is where she received her nickname ShowBiz Liz. Moran then moved to Los Angeles where she navigated her way to the production team for The Johnny Carson show as well as the Jay Leno Late Night Show. Moran made her move to Nashville in 1993 where she landed as creative director of Double J Music and then made her way to Skyline Music with famed producer Paul Worley. Over her career she has secured cuts with Kenny Chesney, George Strait, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Trisha Yearwood to name a few.
Liz Moran is the founding member of a plugging group called Crazy Eights who just celebrated 23 years as an independent plugging group. She is a member of S.O.L.I.D. and Source, both of which are strong business organizations helping people navigate the ever-changing music business. Her work to find great songs and great songwriters continues into 2025 with her work with ShowBiz Ro Music. Moran is a champion and has built a stunning reputation among the Nashville music row community.
Ronna Reeves - Pitching & Plugging
Originally from Texas, Ronna Reeves began singing with a band at age 11. She signed her first management deal as a teenager and began her journey of opening for Garth Brooks, Joe Diffie and another Texas named George Strait.
Ronna has signed many publishing deals and label deals and has experienced every angle of this business. As an artist she has received nominations from Academy of Country Music as well as an Emmy nomination. Reeves left the touring artist side and made her way into the business side with an A&R position with Vivaton Records. She then turned her energy into publishing by representing hit songwriter Kerry Kurt Phillips. After a very successful stent in the publishing world she turned her energy into establishing her own company that would off song plugging services as well as writer management services. That company, ShowBiz Ro was established in 2010 and has grown steadily.
Victoria Goodvin - Publishing
Music industry specialist with an ear for a great song.
Victoria is a music industry veteran, with 10 years of experience served in various roles supporting creatives (artists/musicians/songwriters). Above all else, she is a music enthusiast, captivated by how songs can resonate with their audience and unite individuals from diverse backgrounds. Consequently, she is passionate about nurturing those creators. Each songwriter and artist is unique and Victoria takes pride in figuring out what makes each of them thrive.
